Chief Financial Officer
Stephen (Steve) Ley became Chief Financial Officer of MedVet in 2013. He is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, supporting the company’s healthy growth and overall sustainability.
Prior to joining MedVet, Steve cultivated a rich experience in all aspects of financial management, including extensive work with acquisitions and financial and strategic planning. He has held various executive leadership positions, including President of Chemineer, an international manufacturing subsidiary of Robbins & Myers, and served as General Manager of a privately held, Dayton-based general contracting group. His career in finance began with Arthur Andersen.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and has completed the Professional Management Development Program at Harvard University. He is an avid golfer, tennis player, and skier.
