Caroline J. Thompson, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Pittsburgh. She has been a part of the team since June 2022.
Dr. Caroline Thompson attended Kent State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Thompson has a special interest in emergency medicine, critical care, and greyhound medicine. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is problem-solving complex care situations. Additionally, Dr. Caroline Thompson enjoys working as a team with the families of pets to create the best treatment plans.
When away from the hospital, she enjoys spending her time hiking, kayaking, and reading.
