She went to the University of Georgia to obtain her DVM then went on to complete a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Rotating Internship at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, Ohio and an Exotic Animal Medicine Internship at North Carolina State University.
Dr. Hung’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is being able to put together different clues and pieces of diagnostic information so that she can get a clear picture of the disease process and formulate an appropriate plan for her patient. She also loves helping her patients by supporting their families in the best way that she can.
In her spare time, she enjoys her two beagles, Zuzu (11 years old), and Mochi (5 months old), snowboarding, arts and crafts, and watching her favorite TV shows. Dr. Hung is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia but grew up mostly in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.
