Joshua Bentley, DVM is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Asheville. Originally from Seymour, TN, Dr. Bentley grew up on a farm. He spent much of his early years working at the veterinary clinic where his mother practiced, or on job sites doing electrical work with his father. Dr. Bentley attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN where he earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. After earning his doctorate degree in veterinary medicine, Dr. Bentley worked at a mixed animal practice in the mountains of Georgia for a year and then at an emergency facility outside of Atlanta, GA for six years.
