Kaitlyn Cashin, DVM is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Akron where she has been a part of the team since July 2020. Dr. Cashin attended Purdue University in Lafayette, IN where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in Columbus, OH and then completed a small animal rotating medicine and surgery internship at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge, LA.
Dr. Cashin maintains special interests in zoology, exotics, and aquatics. Her favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is seeing the reunion between hospitalized patients and their families.
