Three sessions from some of MedVet Cincinnati’s best and brightest.
Dr. Michael Lane presents Urinary Incontinence – New Tricks for Old Dogs during which attendees will review common causes of urinary incontinence in dogs, refresh their knowledge of current medical therapies available for incontinent dogs, and discuss novel interventional therapies available for management of urinary incontinence.
Dr. Maya Krasnow presents Traumatic Brain Injury in Dogs and Cats from which attendees will gain an understanding on how to recognize and respond to the Cushing’s reflex, walk away able to evaluate the neurologic status of a patient and define the goals of therapeutic intervention, and become familiar with methods for monitoring of the patient with severe head trauma.
Dr. Susanna Hinkle Schwartz, veterinary surgeon, will share her expertise on a topic to be determined.
