Amanda Pisano, DVM is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Jupiter.
Dr. Pisano earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Delaware. She then earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduating from vet school, Dr. Amanda Pisano completed a small animal rotating internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialists.
She continued as an emergency clinician at LIVS for the next 10 years. Through the years, she has enjoyed all aspects of her job, including managing complicated and critical cases, working closely with specialists, training new doctors, and teaching visiting students. Also during that time, she welcomed three children.
When not working, Dr. Pisano and her family enjoy relaxing by the pool, going to the beach, exploring nature, trying new cuisines, and going to restaurants. Dr. Pisano has three dogs and two cats. One of her cats has been with her since before she met her husband, and two of her dogs have been with her since vet school.
