MedVet Columbus is now using ezyVet. You will receive a Portal Welcome Letter containing your new User ID and a Temporary Password. Please use this information to update your access to the Referral Partner Portal.

When searching for Patient information, please also be aware we have added a new option to the dropdown menu and that the dropdown menu option you select is now based on the date we provided Patient care.

  • Patients seen at MedVet Columbus Monday, April 12 and forward are available by selecting the dropdown “NEW! Ohio/Kentucky”.
  • Patients seen before Monday, April 12 continues to be available from the dropdown “Ohio/Kentucky”.
