You recently received a Portal Welcome Letter containing your new User ID and a Temporary Password. Please use this information to update your access to the Referral Partner Portal.

When searching for patient information, please also be aware we have added a new option to the dropdown menu and that the dropdown menu option you select is now based on the date we provided patient care.

  • Records for patients seen at MedVet Toledo Monday, October 4 and forward are available by selecting the dropdown “Northeast Ohio”.
  • Records for patients seen before Monday, October 4 continue to be available from the dropdown “Ohio/Kentucky”.

 

MedVet Lexington is now using ezyVet.
