Darby Williams, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Northern Virginia. She has been a part of the team since 2022.
Dr. Williams attended Albion College in Albion, MI, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in English and Psychology. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in Urbana, IL.
Dr. Williams has a special interest in emergency surgery and enjoys treating service and active working dogs. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is that each day is unexpected and that each case requires putting together many pieces of knowledge like a puzzle.
When away from the hospital, she enjoys traveling and supporting animal care programs in underprivileged areas.
