Rachel Jorgensen, DVM is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian who joined the MedVet Campbell and MedVet Mountain View teams in August 2020. Dr. Jorgensen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Business from the University of Connecticut and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She also successfully completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA Encina Veterinary Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA.
When asked what she loves about practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Rachel Jorgensen says the variety of patients seen and collaborating with her veterinary colleagues to provide the best possible care. Facilitating the human-animal bond is also rewarding.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Rachel Jorgensen enjoys running and exploring the outdoors with her Golden Retriever.
